Opportunities

Must have: Valid Washington Driver’s License and Auto Insurance. Ability to communicate, read and process written and verbal instructions. Must be motivated to learn and grow as an apprentice with a strong work ethic. Work safely and effectively in a construction environment. Ability to lift, bend and carry 30-50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to carry two five-gallon buckets of paint and tools frequently. Ability to walk, bend and stretch frequently. Must be able to work in extreme weather and temperatures.

Painter

Must have: Valid Washington Driver’s License and Auto Insurance. Combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this job will be considered. Must obtain an equipment certification for scissor lift, boom lift, etc. within 90 days of hire date. Has relevant work experience in the construction industry preferably in commercial painting. Ability to communicate, read and process written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift, bend and carry 30-50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to carry two five-gallon buckets of paint and tools frequently. Ability to walk, bend and stretch frequently. Ability to set-up and climb ladders. Must be able to work in extreme weather and temperatures.

Apprentice

Must have: Valid Washington Driver’s License and Auto Insurance. Minimum of five years of work experience in commercial painting and demonstrate journeyman painting skills. Must have or obtain equipment certification for boom lift, scissor lift etc. within 90 days of hire date. Ability to communicate, read and process written instructions with both internal and external customers. Must be able to receive, understand and follow verbal instructions. Excel in a team-based environment. Demonstrate effective time management.
